 We will meet with your insured for inspections as well as reconcile any estimates to ensure that they are getting a fair and reasonable adjustment.  This also includes supplementing any existing claim.

 Appraisal is a binding contractual process available to settle valuation disputes between policyholders and their insurance companies when they fail to agree on the amount of loss or the scope of damages.  If the two appraisers cannot agree upon an agreed amount or scope of damages, then a Umpire will be appointed to make a final ruling.

 Insurance mediation for property claims is a non-binding process involving a neutral third party insurance mediator, a policyholder, and an insurance company representative. If you participate in mediation, this does not necessarily mean you are headed to court. 

 We will write your Xactimate estimate for you.  It can be done to initiate a new claim or to respond to an adjuster’s estimate that you feel is too low or missing necessary items. Our clients call on us when they are either, not skilled in Xactimate preparation, too busy to handle their work flow or stuck trying to do a complicated estimate. If you need an Xactimate estimate to settle a claim, we are here to help. 

 We  offer cost comparison estimating for mediation, expert testimony,  appraisal/umpire services for first party insurance disputes for wind,  hail, flood, fire, theft and vandalism for residential and commercial  insurance claims.
